Terms and Conditions

Version: 21 August 2026

1. Provider and scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to AutoPilot Creator. The provider is Joshua Hoppe, sole trader operating under AutoPilot Creator, Trommershausenstraße 9, 42697 Solingen, Germany, email: support@autopilot-creator.com.

The service is available to consumers and businesses. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

2. Contract formation and account

The presentation of plans is not a binding offer. For a paid plan, the user submits a binding offer by completing the Stripe order process. The contract is formed when the selected plan is confirmed or activated.

A personal account is required. Registration and billing information must be accurate and kept up to date. Login credentials must be kept confidential; accounts may not be transferred or shared abusively.

3. Service scope

AutoPilot Creator provides video upload and management, optional AI-assisted creation of accompanying text, and transfer of content to third-party platforms connected by the user. The specific scope depends on the selected plan and the functions marked as available in the product.

Successful or permanent publication on a third-party platform is not guaranteed. Platform approval, account status, APIs, reviews, and technical limits are outside our control.

4. Plans and usage allowances

The free plan includes three uploads, three AI generations, and three platforms of choice in total. Starter includes 30 uploads and 30 AI generations plus three platforms of choice per monthly billing period. Creator Pro includes 60 uploads and 60 AI generations plus five platforms of choice per monthly billing period. Business includes 100 uploads and 100 AI generations plus all platforms then available per monthly billing period.

Unused monthly allowances do not roll over. A technically failed operation is counted only if the relevant service was actually processed or provided. Statutory remedies remain unaffected.

5. Prices, VAT, and payment

EUR prices shown to consumers on the pricing and order pages are total prices including applicable VAT. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

If a due payment cannot be collected, access may be temporarily restricted after reasonable notice. Mandatory consumer rights and access to cancellation and withdrawal functions remain unaffected.

6. Term and cancellation

Paid subscriptions run for one month and automatically renew for another month unless cancelled. They can be cancelled at any time for the end of the current billing period through billing management or the permanently available “Cancel contracts here” page.

After cancellation takes effect, the plan will not be charged again. Rights to terminate for cause and other mandatory rights remain unaffected.

7. Withdrawal and immediate performance

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Details, consequences, and the model withdrawal form are available on the “Withdraw from a contract” page.

If a consumer expressly requests performance before the withdrawal period ends, the paid plan is activated immediately. Following a valid withdrawal, the consumer may owe a proportionate amount for services supplied up to withdrawal where the statutory requirements are met. The mere start of performance does not automatically end the right of withdrawal.

8. User duties and content

Users may upload, process, or publish only content for which they hold all required rights and permissions. Unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, harmful, youth-endangering, rights-infringing content and attempts to evade safeguards or usage limits are prohibited.

Users remain responsible for their content, review before publication, and compliance with connected-platform rules. They grant us only the rights technically required to provide the functions they select.

9. AI-generated results

AI-generated titles, descriptions, captions, hashtags, calls to action, and other results are automated suggestions. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. Users must review them for accuracy, third-party rights, disclosure duties, and platform rules before use.

10. Third-party platforms

Connected social-media and other third-party platforms are also governed by their own terms, privacy notices, approval processes, and technical requirements. Changes, suspensions, outages, or rejections by those providers may limit functions. The user's separate contract with the third party governs their activity on that platform.

By using AutoPilot Creator's YouTube features, you agree to also be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

11. Availability, security, and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability where disruption results from maintenance, security, force majeure, or third parties. Necessary security and functional updates are provided as required by law.

Services and these terms may be changed only for an objective reason and in accordance with statutory requirements. We will give timely notice of material adverse changes; mandatory termination, price-reduction, and other rights remain unaffected.

12. Suspension and termination

For material or repeated breaches, security risks, or abusive use, access may be temporarily restricted to the extent necessary or the contract may be terminated in accordance with statutory requirements. Where reasonable, an opportunity to remedy the issue will be provided first.

13. Liability

We have unlimited liability for intent and gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, under the German Product Liability Act, for guarantees assumed, and in all other cases of mandatory statutory liability.

For a slightly negligent breach of an essential contractual duty, liability is limited to the foreseeable loss typical for the contract. Essential duties are those whose performance makes proper execution of the contract possible and on which users may normally rely. Liability for other slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

14. Privacy

Information on personal-data processing and service providers is available in the Privacy Policy.

15. Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

16. Governing law and final terms

German law applies. For consumers, this choice does not remove mandatory protection granted by the law of their habitual residence. Statutory places of jurisdiction apply to consumers. For merchants and equivalent persons, the provider's registered place of business is the place of jurisdiction where permitted.

Contract languages are German and English. If wording differs, the German version serves as an interpretive aid to the extent mandatory law permits. If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply and statutory law replaces the invalid provision.
