How to delete your data
Learn how to request deletion of data stored by Qrietor, disconnect your social media accounts, or delete your Qrietor account. These instructions are available without signing in.
1. Disconnect social media accounts
Sign in to Qrietor, open Platforms and disconnect Facebook, Instagram, Threads or other connected accounts. This revokes the connection. To request deletion of personal data that Qrietor has stored, also follow step 3.
Manage connected platforms →2. Delete your Qrietor account
Sign in and open the account deletion page. Confirm your account email address and the displayed security phrase. Deletion is permanent. If a paid subscription is still active, self-service deletion requires cancellation and the end of the billing period first. You can still submit a separate data deletion request at any time.
3. Request deletion by email
You can contact us without signing in, including if you have lost account access or want data received from Facebook, Instagram or Threads deleted from Qrietor. Use the subject “Qrietor Data Deletion Request” and identify your Qrietor account email or the affected social media profile. Never send us passwords or access tokens.
We review the request and may ask you to verify account ownership securely before deleting personal data.

What happens to your data?
Depending on your request, we delete account information, uploads, connection data and other personal information stored by Qrietor, unless a legal retention requirement or other lawful exception applies. Some billing and contract records may need to be retained for legal reasons. See our privacy policy for details.
Deleting your Qrietor account does not automatically remove posts already published on Facebook, Instagram, Threads or other platforms. Manage those posts and your accounts directly with the relevant platforms.
