Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us clearly of your decision: Joshua Hoppe, AutoPilot Creator, Trommershausenstraße 9, 42697 Solingen, Germany, email: support@autopilot-creator.com. You may use the electronic function above or the model form below, but neither is mandatory.
It is sufficient to send the notice before the withdrawal period expires. If you use the electronic function, you will promptly receive an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after we receive your declaration. We normally use the same payment method as for the original transaction and do not charge you for the reimbursement.
If you expressly requested performance during the withdrawal period, a proportionate amount may be due for the part supplied before we received your declaration. The amount is determined by the proportion of the service already supplied compared with the full contractual scope. The mere start of performance does not automatically end your right of withdrawal.
